Business Intelligence does not have to be complex. CTS believes that large data warehousing efforts should be divided into several small iterations. We call this Evolutionary Data Warehouse or EVOLVE. This process allows the project and the data to evolve.
This approach provides a scalable architecture and answers the informational demands of the entire organization. It also allows for efficient managment of the users' requirements and reduces risks of a single delivery approach.
